120 Gallon Deck Box

Ok, so your probably looking at it, and said, “what’s the big deal?  So you put together a 120 gallon wicker deck box.  Yes that’s all.

 First I had to get, the box it was shipped in to the backyard.  UPS left it at the corner of the house.  So after I made the effort to get the heavy and awkward box to the backyard and on to my deck, I opened it up and found 5 pieces that were designed to slide together.   

I couldn’t get the first side to slide where it looked like from the instructions to slide.  I cussed at it, prayed over, promised it a few things I had no intention of doing.   All of my efforts gained nil.  Then I went on YouTube and watched someone doing the same thing I was trying to do with little effort.  I tried again.  

After great effort, patience, and 2 hours of my life, I was,able to put it together including hinges, and 18 screws.  Whew!  

Your probably thinking, “What a spaz, it should have only taken 20 minutes. True, but a handy person I am not.  My thing is computers, guitars, and art.  So when I complete something like this alone,  it is time to celebrate….with a short story to commerate the event.
